How GreenLine Handles Supporting Documents

About Supporting Documents

GreenLine allows for the attachment of documents supporting line items in individual accounts as well a documents that are attached against the entire account.

Only certain document types are cleared for import. These include Microsoft Office documents (EXCEL, Word and Powerpoint), text files and Adobe PDFs.

Handling of Supporting Docs

Documents that satisfy GreenLine's security and capacity criteria are uploaded and stored on a secure server. Uploaded documents can be viewed (and even edited locally) but cannot be altered.

A document can be deleted by the Preparer who uploaded it but once an account has been approved, the document is no longer able to be deleted. The same rule applies to all locked periods.
